This new development, powered by ARM chips, allows us to give more speed and power to our machines. In addition, with this modular system it is very easy and extremely fast to change the electronic boards.
Thanks to the new optical ports, the communication between external boards is done by fiber optic, thus avoiding any possible electromagnetic interference that affects wires.
Communication at the speed of light
The communication between the boards in the rack system with the screen control board or other racks as well is done by fiber optic ports, because light avoids any possible electromagnetic interference, which is very present in industrial shops.
Designed with the easy maintenace in mind.
With a very clean system, each component is neatly placed in the designed space, allowing for easy maintenance and service when needed.
The large space in the electrical cabinet ensures good airflow to cool the electronic components.
Easy and fast board swapping or software upgrade
By removing just two screws, any board in the rack system can be swapped in a matter of seconds, and they are placed back into the rack with a solid connection by simply pushing them together.
In addition, to make it easier to identify potential errors, we have installed status LEDs on the boards.
