ELITE MVB 750. THE CONCEPT.

The ELITE MVB 750 model is our bead breaker for removing steel on the back of the tooth on circular saws with carbide teeth. It comes in a half-cab configuration that makes it especially economical for workshops that require the greatest savings.

For saws from ø100 to 850 mm.

Automatic operation using 3 CNC axes:

The design of the cabin ensures particularly easy access for quick adjustment of the machine's preparation for sharpening.

Easy to use control panel

All the functions of the buttons are explained in the buttons with ilustrations. And every button is intended to do a single task. So you know what to expect from a button press.

The control panel with LCD screen allows the programming of the machine. Among the programmable values we highlight:

• Tooth angle programming: The grinding wheel axis will automatically move to the value entered in the program.
• Sharpening path
• Sharpening load
• Sharpening speed
• Tooth pitch
• Indexing speed of the tooth feeding pawl
• Number of teeth
• Broken teeth

Integrated refrigeration equipment

Machine operates with water-soluble coolant or grinding oil for better sharpening quality and longer grinding wheel life.

Integrated coolant system with 220-liter tank and removable grates for easy cleaning.

Easy access and maintenance

At the back of the machine we find the electrical panel at the bottom and the mechanical system at the top, both protected by their corresponding easy-access panel, which also reduces the total space needed for the machine.

• Saw holder for incisors with a diameter of 100 to 210 mm.
• Saw holder for discs with a diameter of 210 to 850 mm.
• Centering ring: ø30 mm.
• Grinding wheel holder for back-off grinding.

• Prepared for connection to a machine filtration system or a centralized filtration system.
