ELITE AVB 750. MACHINE BASE.
The ELITE AVB 750 model is our sharpener for the back and face of all common tooth geometries in carbide tipped circular saw blades for circular blade diameters from ø100 to 850 mm.
One-pass external sharpening for tooth types:
- Flat, inclined, alternating, alternating with bevel, pointed, trapezoid, trapezoid-flat, pointed-flat, alternating-flat, trapezoid-trapezoid.
With 4 CNC axes for complete machining of all common tooth geometries in one cycle, short stroke paths ensure fast sharpening operation.
It uses the famous peripheral grinding wheel system to achieve a saw blade with a perfect edge.
It has a half cabin that allows very quick placement of the saw.
Maintenance is very easy to carry out.

Easy to use control panel
All button functions are explained on the buttons with illustrations. And each button is intended to perform a single task. So you know what to expect when you press a button.
The control panel with LCD screen allows programming of the machine, among the programmable values are:
- Tooth geometry
- Grinding path
- Sharpening charge
- Sharpening speed

- Tooth advance nail feed rate
- Number of teeth
- Broken teeth

Integrated refrigeration equipment
It allows wet sharpening with water-soluble coolant or grinding oil for better sharpening quality and longer grinding wheel life. for better surface quality and longer grinding wheel life.
