ELITE CU mini 1200. MACHINE BASIS.

The ELITE model CU mini 1200 is our smallest series of grinding machines for knives blades sharpening, which allow to sharpen knives up to 1230 mm long, with high removal rates.

Fully automatic, simple, compact and economical machine that requires a low maintenance.

With its powerful grinding motor and its vibration free system, it allows a good surface finish with good grinding times for its size.

We have analyzed the work cycle of a sharpening workshop to optimize the use of the machine. The result is a control panel with color touch screen and most of the program of our largest blade sharpener: the ELITE model CU PRO. Inside there is a powerful control with 1 CNC axis, so that the sharpening cycle is automatic and quality.

Once the grinding cycle is completed, you can select to activate the fine finishing cycle to obtain the highest quality and minimum surface roughness of the tool grinded.

The ELITE CU mini knife sharpener is suitable for a wide range of knives such as planer knives, wood chippers, knives for recycling, etc.
Clean and sleek design for and easy to use so as easy maintenance.

Easy to use control panel

The control panel incorporates a color touch screen. This screen has been designed with a fast and easy-to-use interface that makes it very easy to program the machine. Allows you to create and save programs, perfect for the blade sharpening workshop.

Magnetic chuck for holding the knives blades

Magnetic chuck for blades that can be magnetized and demagnetized from the control panel.
The magnetic chuck is of the electro-permanent type, so it only consumes energy when magnetizing or demagnetizing.
It incorporates threaded holes to be able to fix other types of supports or parts that are not magnetizable.

CU mini 1200 + FILTRAmaq SOLO

By equipping the CU mini with a FILTRAmaq SOLO filter system, you achieve reduced machine maintenance due to less wear and tear on moving parts such as bearings and guides. And also by sharpening your blades with a coolant completely free of contamination and abrasive particles, the final finish of the workpiece and its roughness will be much better.
